An Advocacy service is NOT health insurance and is not a replacement for healthcare coverage. Rather, the service is designed to help members more easily navigate the healthcare and insurance systems through working one-on-one with their Advocate. The goal of this service is to maximize your healthcare experience without the typical hassles and frustrations.

How does this benefit save me money?

Your expert Advocate will identify any billing and claims processing errors, which could reduce your out-of-pocket expenses. Advocates can also help find lower-cost prescription options, locate in-network providers and negotiate provider charges.

How do I use this benefit?

Whether you’re confused by your health insurance, need help finding a specialist or transferring your medical records, This service cuts through the red tape. Log in to your member app or portal and click the Advocacy icon, or call the number on the back of your membership card to speak with a representative.
